She graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University and studied at the graduate school of the same university.

From 1997 to 1998. was the lead author of the program "Sublimation of Personality" on radio FM.

Graduated from RATI GITIS (2001).

He takes part in the performances of the theater events factory.

After graduating from GITIS, Regina Myannik played on the stages of various theaters. She went on the stage of the “Theater of the Moon”, performed at the Theater Center of Vladimir Vysotsky and the Simonov Theater.
