The new program of the most incendiary and intelligent band from St. Petersburg,
"Stankov Jazz Band", is called "Winter Leningrad". 
Like the composition of the same name from Lydia Clement's repertoire, the entire program is permeated with the Leningrad (St. Petersburg) mood and music of the 60s, which was invariably based on jazz.
Most of the program consists of stunning melodies from the Soviet period in bright jazz arrangements by the Stankov Jazz Band, as well as songs and melodies by the band's leader, guitarist and composer Alexei Stankov, author of the hit Leningrad Tango, which will also be performed in the concert. 
In addition, you will hear the pearls of swing, gypsy jazz, the music of such geniuses as Duke Ellington, Django Reinhardt, etc.
