The action takes place in the taiga district center.
Heat.. August.. Tea room.. Five pounds of love..!
Vampilov "snatches" a day from the life of the characters, the past of the characters is given only by a hint,
but without that past, what happened would not have happened!
The play takes place in the course of one day, but.. how many events are funny and tragic,
how many characters experiencing these events pass before the audience in these short days.
Where the main thing is love in all its manifestations.
Times change - people don't!
