The concert program includes arias and scenes from operas by the great Russian composer.
The invited soloists are the stars of the world opera scene: Honored Artist of Russia,
Soloist of the Mariinsky Theater Evgeny Akimov and Honored Artist of Russia, People
's Artist
of the Republic of Bashkortostan, artistic director of the Bashkir
State Opera and Ballet Theater Askar Abdrazakov.
The Symphony Orchestra of the Leningrad Region under the direction
of Mikhail Golikov, People's Artist of the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria.
The host of the gala concert is the People's Artist of Russia Ilse Liepa.
The gala concert will be attended by the best soloists of the International Academy
Music by Elena Obraztsova.
The festival is held on the initiative of the Elena International Academy of Music
Obraztsova under the artistic direction of Honored Artist of Russia Ildar
Abdrazakova.
